Career Resources
Im not sure about ER, but IB has been talked about pretty frequently - pretty sure top EBs like evercore and centerview are now 180k+ including signing.

PJT, Evercore, and Centerview all pretty much pay the same in base+bonus which will be 175-190k for first years. Centerview also has the thicc 50k signing bonus while pjt and evercore are 20k.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the centerview bonus is technically a 3-year signing bonus right? So if you don't stay 3 years, you have to pay some back?
This is a bad criteria to use for choosing a bank and not indicative of “what bank is best”. There are other considerations to your career beyond first year analyst salary that are much more important
