I'm set in my job in NYC at a bulge, but my brother is graduating UC Berkeley in May. Which west coast boutiques are hiring, doing well, etc? He, at my recommendation, does NOT want to go to a bulge or large regional. Any suggestions other than Moelis? Any help would be appreciated.
