Which EU finance city has the best huzz?

I'm looking to lateral to either Copenhagen, Frankfurt, London (hopefully able to only be in the posh parts). Anyone able to chime on on the looks level of each city?

Assuming hierarchy goes roughly Posh Anglo-Saxon > Nordic > Aryan Germanic > Rest of England (Anglo-Norman, Middle Class WASP) > Slavic Germanic/Celtic

Paris is nice but then you have the unfortunate experience of being in France

meh it's a better looking city than london

only place that offers same feel is kensington/marylebone/any other essentially unaffordable place
