I know, that is my fear. But I also feel like on one side, I have learned a lot from my last experience which I will be able to apply. On the other hand, I have also seen how random conversions can be in terms of team fit/countries
Do you know anything about Off-Cycle conversion rates in the current environment. Is there a hiring freeze or is that a rumour?
