Did you get all these offers? balleerrr haha

Anyways,

Here's my rank

Laz GS MS other top boutqiues(evercore, etc) Houlihan Roth

Stability is the key in my opinion. But GS and MS both give you great names.

UBS is scary. I'd go DB first, then... I don't know. Merrill is in a mess right now, but they still carry the best name. It'd be a tough choice between MER and UBS, and Citi would be in last.

wbuffet: You should do what you find more interesting. In this environment, you'll get way more action in a top restructuring shop. But if you're looking for top exit ops, it may pay to have a top BB on your resume. In a BB, you're likely to get on at least one or two big deals, so that would be good, and you'd have their name.

wbuffettthanks everyone for the replies. i'm going to be a little more open given that tomorrow is my deadline for some of the firms.

prefer: ms, rothschild, hsbc, macquarie

at this point i really like roth the most, but i dont know if im making a mistake by not taking ms

Rothschild is still pretty great.. if you think you'll be happier there, then go with them
