Who actually is able to give the job offer?
I was wondering who is actually able to give an offer for an SA position at a BB. So for example, are the people in charge of on-campus recruiting for your specific college also the ones that can give the offer, or are they only able to pass people on to the superday, and after that don't really have control in who actually gets offers?
It probably varies slightly based on the bank. Usually the final round interviewers decide - it's a layer of objectivity and fairness.
