Who actually pays their Analysts the most in London?

There seems to be a few data points sprinkled throughout this forum, but the points are not consistent. I dont personally trust DP / Arkesden reports as i can imagine they are not abundant in samples. PJT analysts seem to be the only ones who consistently confirm actual numbers and based on word of mouth they seem like the only ones in London paying this as i have not heard anything spectacular about CVP TC in London since my college days. General consensus from my data points is that TC is pretty much flat at the junior level for BB's and EB's, except from PJT (and even at that, what difference does a cumulative 40kish make in our 20+ year careers?). Obviously delta marginally increases as seniority increases, but at the junior level it really does seem like comp is not a factor here at all - a massive divergence to the view amongst my colleagues across the pond. Any data points for A1- A3's?

Keyword: "TC". I.e. total compensation. Not just the salaries + signing bonus which are widely known.

Not even close from what I've heard. Have a friend who works there making >2x what I make at an EB at the same level
