We haven't even started our summer process yet. It's all in Jan-Feb

GS, Moelis, and others are all coming to my campus in January. While you noted you are at a non-target, a decent amount of firms have certainly not finished.

Most firms have just started their recruiting for SA. At my school, 1st round OCR interviews don't even take place until January. I'd say that you still have a good shot at getting some interviews if you start networking now.

Vast majority of firms are still recruiting, including BB's. Most 1st round interviews at targets haven't even occurred yet.

When do you start cold calling MMs?

There seems to be a lot of confusion here, so I'll try to clarify: different firms have different timelines for different (target) schools. I don't know about other banks, but when I was in banking, all the non-targets got lumped together and had their own timeline as well. In general, (as others have said), it is not too late; start networking (which you should have been doing already anyway, especially given the fact you go to a non-target).

Agree with previous- For targets, most recruiting occurs in Jan-Feb Not sure about non-target timeline, but definitely network now and especially over winter break when your schedule might be more flexible (speaking with people should clarify your particular timeline as well)
