One of my portcos is like this. They don’t want employees having LinkedIn cause that’s where recruiters find everyone these days to proactively reach out to for new jobs.
If your employees are so key, give them a slice of the pie so that they want to stay. Backwards thinking by that management team.
Funny enough they do have the broadest option agreements I’ve ever seen and 5% attrition. Definitely an odd founder though
