Why are they asking me for my resume?
I've received an offer from a BB already. Accepted it. Recently got an email from the requesting them I send them my resume. Any reason why they want it?
To create a resume book for senior-level employees that they probably won't look at.
Could be any number of reasons. Just give it to them.
To send to groups as part of the group placement or to compile all the SA resumes into a book that will be given out to the whole class.
Do banks actually hand out a book of all the interns' resumes to the whole class? I'd assume it'd just be for senior staff or other employees in the firm.
I don't know which banks do/still do but I've heard it's been fairly common in the past. Sometimes just a facebook of pictures and contact info without a resume though.
I wouldn't immediate opt to worst-case thinking in this case. Congrats on the offer.
