Why Consumer Retail Group
What would you say when asked Why Consumer Retail in IB? I was thinking of saying something along the lines of you get to work with companies you see every day, but I think that is weak and I don't know what to say that is unique to Consumer Retail.
Yes you are on the right track. You want to be able to drive value for the brands/products you admire/frequently use. Could talk about how the pandemic has accelerated shift to eCom for many of these retailers by shuttering poor performing stores and building out Omni-channel platforms, etc.

I’d get at the disruption in the space means rapid change. This makes the industry very interesting at this time and in need of financial services
