Why do Banks fly out undergrads for Workshops?
Why do they go through all the trouble for kids to just workshop for a couple of days?
Is a program like that something you can put on your resume?

for why workshop, it's corporate koolaid. If u attend a Lazard workshop for example, and you have an offer from Lazard and a similar EB you're more likely to pick Lazard. You'd be surprised how far company swag can go in swaying someone's decision
