Why do so many people complain about their jobs?

I'm a freshman at HYPSM. Part of multiple finance/investing/consulting clubs, starting to network, do research with prof, etc. yet I almost wish I could get more work and fewer hours of sleep. Literally all I want is to work 80-100 hours a week at a BB. Hell, I don't even care if it's an EB; I'd be happy with a mid-tier BB. Anyone else like this? Like, I'll literally do anything to secure the bag and become a high financier. I can't imagine one earning the privilege of working in IBD yet complaining about the hours or workload; I'll gladly take your spot.
