Why haven't CS, DB, and UBS raised base to 110k?

Title says it all - if they don't bump the base of A1 to 110k like the other BB, then they will be officially positioned as the lower tier BB even in comp! So I wonder what the f*** are they doing. Would appreciate any insights/comments

Would you take DB over Goldman if they paid the same? Would you take DB over Goldman if they paid $10k more?

There are only so many analysts that can go to the “top” IBs and if they aren’t getting  those anyway guess they figure they save a few bucks. It’s a bad look as you are admitting you aren’t trying to compete with those banks, but isn’t crazy, it’s not like you get a materially different candidate.
