Will HR screw up ?
After the interview, the team's head called and told me the team decided to extend me offer. but the team is waiting for some approvals from HR group before giving official offer. THe HR will contact me directly when they get all things together. But two weeks passed, I still haven't heard from anyone, I sent an Email to HR soon after interviewer's call, but they said my application is "still under consideration"....
Getting a bit worried, Is it normal to get "approval" from HR before sending out official offer? will the administrative process ruin my offer? BTW, it's a BB......
As a general rule of thumb, if HR can screw up, they will. You should probably call them up again just to check in.

If given the opportunity, HR will fuck things up 9 times out of 10.
You should email the hiring manager/interviewers in a few more days and just follow up and oh by the way, you haven't heard back from HR yet.
Always double check. I had my salary level incorrectly posted at 50% of what I was supposed to be earning until I contacted them after my first paycheck.
I almost got screwed by HR. They didn't send out my offer letter on time, until I called them about it.
