Will I be able to get any SA for next summer?

What's up guys, I'm an international student from South Korea (hold UK citizenship as well), I'm coming back to States for fall, as a junior and just want to hear some opinions about my current status and chances of getting into IBD.

I'm going to Rutgers majoring in Finance, had GPA of 3.6X when I left school. I wanted to keep my South Korea citizenship, so I was off from school for about 2+ years. I left country after I finished summer intern at the long/short HF that one of alum launched back then, along with mentorship program from NYSSA. I went back to Korea, and did IBD internship at JPM. After the internship, I did my military service in US army in Korea and passed CFA level 1. I had more time to work before I go back to school for summer (and no BB recruits in spring as far as I know these days), I'm working at tech-focused PE in Korea as well. Planning to head back to States at the middle of summer and start networking.

My mentor who's been in touch with my for several years tell me that I will be fine but I think my GPA is too low so I'm only worrying much about it. Do you guys see any chance of getting into IBD? NY office would be the best, but I'm perfectly fine with HK or London.

Thanks.
