Will I need an MBA for Corporate Banking
Currently in consulting, looking to jump over to Corp banking at the associate level. Is an MBA required/desired for CB like it is in IB/PE?

I don’t think corporate banking divisions recruit MBAs formally. Mostly undergrad / pre-exp masters or lateral hires.

I see that you’re in CB - have you seen many people come over from consulting firms?
I work in Corporate Banking at a BB and I've never seen a consultant come into our group. Not saying its not possible, I just haven't seen it.
I figured it wasn’t too common.
I worked in corp finance before consulting, so I have some technical finance/modeling skills.
I think the biggest learning curve would be on the banking specific products.
Any recommendations on books/articles I should read to learn more about the CB world?
