I'm a senior with an offer from a well known, national but still very much middle-market investment bank. Think Harris Wiliams/Stifel Nicolaus/Piper Jaffray/KeyBanc//Nomura/Needham. Have any banks of that size raised first year analyst pay? Does anyone know how long it took these sort of banks to catch up to the BB in terms of analyst salary in the past?
