Will most of the 2021 full-time recruiting take place internally?

Asking this mainly because of the whole pandemic situation and how will this affect full-time recruiting timeline/sources for banks. More specifically, will it be challenging for people who graduated in 2020, have worked a full year as a full-time analyst with a bank and are looking to switch to a different bank/group in 2021?
