Title. Are the salary increases only for IB? Also, assuming other firms follow along, do you think they will restrict the increases only to IB as well or to all divisions such as S&T, ER, AM, etc...

The only thing I would improve from the process not necessarily the mentor was that there should be a way to disclose if you are under a non disclosure agreement because that created some friction when implementing feedback.”
