Will the Potash-Agrium deal fall through?

I read this on Reuters and CNBC this morning. Two Canadian companies have agreed to merge, which will make them the biggest fertilizer company in the world.

Canada's Agrium Inc and Potash Corp of Saskatchewan Inc agreed to merge to create the world's largest fertilizer company and navigate a severe industry slump, assuming the deal can first overcome close regulatory scrutiny.

If the deal is completed, it would bode well for Barclays,BAML,CIBC,and RBC.

Overall, the banks will earn between $80 million and $90 million for their efforts, said Jeffrey Nassof, director at mergers and acquisitions consulting firm Freeman & Co.

Anti trust lawsuits have already stood in the way of Anthem-Cigna and Aetna Humana .

What do you think will ultimately happen to this Potash-Agrium deal?
