Will the salary bump come out of the bonuses?
Wondering because if all-in was previously at 150k will the 105k base drop our bonuses to get the same al-in?

Think it is hard to say definitively because it is probably contingent on the performance of banks over the next ~8-12 months. If they continue to do well, would expect bonuses to be the same (as a % of base) or higher. If things start to go downhill, it is likely bonuses will be lower (both $ and % of base)
