Will there be a second wave of recruiting post xmas?
There's been rumors of a second wave of recruiting coming Dec-Feb. Does anyone know anything about this? I guess people are thinking the economy will improve and the virus won't be that bad?

Doubtful. All the analyst will be fully licensed and ready to be staffed up. With most firms not firing people in 2020 they are probably a little heavy. There will always be the few off cycles due to turnover, but another wave is unlikely.
