Friend works in their healthcare group. Used to do biotech within healthcare group but they’re trying to break it out more and make it a focus, so looking to hire a lot of focused biotech team members (junior and senior level)
It’s a new team so there’s upsides and downsides to that, but Blair kills it in MM healthcare so sounds like they have a strong platform to build on.
Appreciate that. If you don’t mind explaining, what are the downsides of working for a group that is new and expanding? Is comp the same?
Comp is flat across Blair groups and they pay extremely well.
It’s just going to be a slightly different experience working with a new group (more experimental probably) vs a group that’s been around a while. Maybe more pitching, but apparently the group has a strong pipeline (according to my friend)
