William Blair Interview - Motivation to work there
Hey fellow Monkeys,
I have an initial interview to join WB for IB coming from Risk GS.
What are some things WB has that GS couldn't give me working in IBD? How should I prepare my responses for motivational questions to ditch GS and join WB?
I survived the GS layoffs btw.
