Work perks?

I've seen a lot of posts discussing comp (salary + bonus), but have not yet seen a post discuss perks at various banks (per diem, Uber policies, etc). For example - I know that my friend at Truist has an essentially unlimited dinner stipend, while another friend at Jefferies has a $30 dinner stipend. Any data points are much appreciated; I'm sure there are a lot of other curious monkeys out there.

  • Salt and pepper hair
  • Raccoon like eye circles
  • Caffeine/Energy drink dependence
  • Heart palpitation
  • "pls fix thx" trauma
  • Diminishing life outlook
  • Free texts from gf "Jodie was here for me when you weren't emotionally available, he cares!"

But you do get a "banker bag" that you can sell to undergrad hardos for a few hundred bucks, so not all bad.

We have quite a few good perks:

  • Unlimited dinner spend if you stay past a certain hour. It doesn't say unlimited anywhere but as long as you are sensible they will cover anything

  • Taxi/Uber back home after 9pm. Pretty good all things considered

  • A fund to play sports with. We use it for 5vs5 football

  • Monthly drinks paid for by the office and often other events (wine and cheese night, social outings etc)

  • We can also participate in sporting event. Recently the company flew a bunch of European colleagues out to the US to participate in a charity race
