workday mess up

I submitted an application for IB and after submitting realized that when I last changed my resume there was a fairly obvious misalignment of certain sections. I decided to withdraw the application and thought I would reapply with my school email, but I am nervous because I've had all of my networking calls through my personal email (which the original application was under). Is there anything I can do about this/will they see the withdrawed application right next to the active one?
