Working at RBC and DB in London

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to consider between full-time offers at RBC and Deutsche Bank for Graduate Investment Banking roles in London. I was wondering if any of you working at RBC/Deutsche Bank could chip in on your experience at the bank and working culture. Prestige and deal flow/size is one thing, but working culture is equally important to me.

Thanks in advance!

What kind of question is that? A simple search would have being easier.... Go DB hands down

It's the kind of question that wants to account for the fact that DB is cutting 18,000 jobs over 3-years, closed its trading/equities desks and has forced relocation and team switches as part of its internal reshuffling? So I want to hear internal (anonymously unrestricted) opinions on the matter.
