Working Captial industry differences

I’m new to this and wondering what is the actual explanation for why working capital metrics like current ratio, quick ratio or CCC can be very different between industries? Like what’s the reason for why Healthcare has or doesn’t have a higher ratio than Industrials? Do consumer companies have lower quick ratios than IT and if so why?
