That's a tough position to be in. Even when I was an analyst I was pretty outspoken and would often chirp up the food chain if something smelled fishy. My point is, if you have a valid point, then it's worthwhile for others to hear it, but no one likes a complainer just for the sake of complaining. I think one deal I was involved with was truly unethical and I opted to remove myself from the deal. My boss wasn't happy but I could sleep better at night.
