Working on gpa worth mentioning?
Hello everyone,
I am currently applying for IB internships mainly to MM and boutiques. My GPA is average (3.5/5) and I am actually retaking 9 courses this semester to get it over 4/5, since I already passed all courses and wrote my bachelor's thesis during the first 2 years at university.
My question is: Is it worth mentioning in the applications that I am retaking courses to get a higher GPA? Or will it just seem like I am trying to take credit for future work that I have not yet completed? Would love to hear your takes on this, since I can't really make up my mind on this issue.

No don’t mention it if it doesn’t come up. Focus on your qualifications rather than attempting to compensate for it.
As in you are taking the same exact courses again and this will overwrite your old grades?
If so, 100% do not mention this because that is the most illegitimate thing I have ever heard and would auto-ding you if I ever found out.
