Me and my best friend are both interning in the same group at a BB. No one knows how close we are but know we are civil / friends due to going to the same school.
If we both we get the offer, do you think there could be any issues / conflict of interest? Is it worth disclosing?

This is the opposite of an issue, this is super great for you guys and certainly no need to disclose... lucky bastards! I've seen this before and the two had a blast and became much closer since IB is so intense. Just don't live together is my single recommendation

Just a really easy way to not be friends with someone anymore... it's one thing to live with a best friend when you have separate jobs but it's just very hard to tolerate ANYONE for literally 24 hours per day.

Unless eskimo brothers, no need to disclose. There should be an internal form to fill out on any past mutual shared partners (believe it only dates back to the beginning of college, but I could be wrong).

Shouldn't be an issue. Used to work with a close friend and it did get awkward at one point, I was a top performer and he was bottom of the barrel. Got better once he quit for another job. Glad he wasn't my subordinate when I got promoted a bit after he left. He was terrible at his job (saw his performance metrics after I got promoted).
