Before leaving, Trump should make January-ended fiscal years mandatory by EO. Move the tax year as well if that helps. Or get the Pope to move Xmas to like February. Why do this to ourselves by aligning the calendar and fiscal years. It’s simpler, sure, but ultimately arbitrary. There is another way.
