Worried about background check

When I interned at a BB bank over the summer, I had a 4.0 GPA and two incomplete grades that were pending because of extenuating circumstances last semester. Now, I coasted my senior year and My GPA is a 3.72 and those incomplete grades were update to a F and B- respectively (one for academic integrity reasons, but that isn’t on my school record). This bank asks for transcripts pre summer, mid summer, and now for full time.

Will they go line by line to figure out what happened to my GPA / why there is an F on the transcript? What do you think the risk of a serious conversation about my offernis?

No, but I would def be skeptical about an F. So would just try to explain you maybe had a health problem, or something in that sort. Because I think def any form of cheating could lead to ntohing good. But yeah I wouldn't worry
