Worried Junior Ivy League With No Internships

Sorry, forgive me if this is not the right way to format this. I am looking for advice for anybody in a similar position to me. I'm currently a junior in one of the top Ivies for finance recruiting and, as a European, have been able to get no internship offers in the States. In terms of experience I have, I worked as an analyst in the finance wing of a family friend's company (fairly well known in this specific country in Asia, market cap of around 2 billion USD), did real estate investment for a tiny firm, and have done some service work (Human Rights Watch etc.). I have tried networking and I have applied everywhere. I did something stupid and reapplied with different emails whenever I got rejected. I have a couple of potential approaches. Either I apply for back office in the few firms still hiring or I cold email. My GPA for the moment is 4.0 but I have had a horrible semester and is sure to go down a lot (won't fail any classes). Again, apologise if I have not followed any formatting rules and thanks again in advance for helping.
