Pretty big difference between a lot of these names - such as DC Advisory and Nomura or Mizuho. The former at least does M&A deals. The latter are a total joke.

Truist isn’t bad at all. People are nice, hours are reasonable by Wall Street standards, pay is street, new NYC office will be really cool, and bank itself is stable/growing, which isn’t a given these days
