Would it be bad to not wait to submit my application because grades aren't posted?

Sitting right at a 3.70 now, but due to a rough summer session, I will likely drop. Grades will be finalized in a couple of days. I have one grade posted which bring my gpa below a 3.70, but another one which should bring it up a little bit, but still below 3.70.

Should I just go ahead and submit my app with a 3.70? Or would they be mad if they found out. My gpa could be as low as 3.65 afterward.
