WTFFF: Project/Public Finance IB

Originally from South Africa but go to US non-target school. I know for certain I want to do public/project finance for my career, and I plan to live in the US long term. I’ve networked a bunch and tried to find entry level roles at development banks, pf advisory firms, (finance-type roles) at engineering firms, BB IB Public Finance and Project Finance analyst roles and no luck for FT.

Figured my best approach to entering the industry is to either lateral after 2 years of Something or use an T10 MBA program?

Now, I have two FT offers: fortune 500 fldp and mid-tier (non big 4) firm TAS financial due diligence. I have a chance at getting a Corporate Development (CD) rotation at F500 but it’s not guaranteed of course. TAS work is guaranteed though and maybe skillset is closer to investment banking? (but not project finance).

What offer will best position me to enter PF?
