This one time we had to do a bake-off for a major client (think French boulangerie in a dirty corner in Paris) and had to manage baking multiple croissants at once, with different flavors at a short notice. Fortunately my MD (Managing Donut, who manages the donut acquisition across the EMEA region with the focus on pure-play Parisian donut acquisition) liked it so much that I was named the one of the best investment bakers in Paris.
