Off the bat, your attitude is what is wrong. I’m going to tell you something and you can choose to be a grown up, take it seriously and fix it or get upset about it and ignore it…Do not go through life like this. “I got rejected from _____ is it all over for me?” People pick up on that stuff. There are a ton of other banks/institutions, you need to keep grinding until you get an offer from one. If you are already questioning if you are cut out for finance then why would anyone else believe you are? Have some confidence and trust in yourself.

It’s a numbers game. Keep rolling. It was harder to find a hot yet kind wife than getting into IB so lots to look forward to in life.

I would network and think outside the box. Unfortunately many of us do not get the luxury of applying to diversity programs so you need to think like everyone else and network , reach out and stuff. Only applying to a little over 20 and not hearing anything is nothing crazy. Most people apply to far more when trying to land a job.
