1st and 2nd year analysts have no pull in non-target recruiting at EB and BB/MM?
Spoke with a few 1st and 2nd year associates / analysts at Barclays who referred me on to have a conversation with a VP and a Director they mentioned would actually have a say in me getting a first round from a non target.
Have heard this as a recurring theme at other banks as well but was wondering if any non targets were able to land roles and interviews without talking to anyone above vp.
