1st year full-time pay rise/bonus?

Hello,

I am just wondering if it's standard to receive a bonus/ pay rise during your first year?
Started a month ago and the firm I'm at does annual reviews in Dec/Jan and bonuses then as well.
I know BB do bonuses/ reviews for juniors 1 year after hiring (so June), but what to expect if it will be 6 months in? I'm hoping not to lose out on bonus and pay rise for over 18+M into the job.

Thanks!
