2 Years in a UK bank in corporate banking - Where can I go from here?

I have done one year in a  major UK bank grad scheme and then moved to a relationship management role (assistant) internally just out of London - covering +£25m T/O. I would really want to move to a higher paying role in London (I am on £40k), or at least in an international bank as my long term plan is moving to HK/Singapore.

Where/how do I go from there? I am thinking to study financial modelling as I see it's very important to get a role into Leveraged/Structured finance. Will studying financial modelling + my corporate banking exp enough to move into another bank in lev/struct finance? Are investment banking coverage teams impossible to aim for given my exp? I am open to all advices/suggestions. I only know that I quite like working in front office - have a MSc in a semi-target uni in acc&finance but that's it.
