Random question, but since 2019 SA recruiting has already started and no one started there 2018 internships yet do you still put the 2018 internship on your resume?

Yes. You list it is as "Incoming xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx at xx"
I thought you weren’t allowed to do that on a Resume and incoming xxx at yyy was for LinkedIn
Idk anything about not being allowed to do that. Most of the people I know recruiting are. Maybe it is different at your school/location.
This year's a little different. You are generally expected to put it on your resume as far as I've been made aware
I'd definitely include it on your resume given how accelerated recruiting is. Putting it on linkedin looks silly though

I was at an Evercore thing last week and they said they expected to see evidence you had a finance internship this summer when you sent your resume in.
