Yes, banking is ripping right now. Everyone is busy af.

For MBAs, it is pretty standard to see an informal requirement of a FT offer at another bank to interview a candidate. Jobs aren't really "posted", it is much more of a rehash of last fall, where you reach out to the associates/vps at other firms you connected well with during MBA recruiting and ask for coffee chats. They know the deal - if you are reaching out, you want to interview with them for FT. For the top candidates, those banks may reach out to you.

Eh, it depends - FT MBA IB recruiting is far more informal as different firms figure out their needs for class sizes.

If you want to move firms, it's probably a good time now to start reaching out.
