2021 return offer outlook?
I have a really solid investing internship next year at a buy side firm that I want to return to full time. I know that a few firms have lowered the rate of return offers or just not given any this summer due to COVID, and this firm in particular didn’t give any. I am curious what you guys predict for next summer in terms of how often return offers will be given out. Do you think enough time will have passed where firms go back to normal return rates? Or we see a similar trend like last summer?
