Are there any larger investment firms out there that will hire sophomores for a summer analyst position? Seems like all the big ones require graduation 2023 latest. Anyone know any hidden gems?

I believe bank or america has a sophomore program
Look at the Big 4 as well. They often recruit sophomores and thats a great internship to get sophomore year.
Most BB's run soph programs but are diverse only. That being said there are a couple of programs that are diversity-focused but not diversity only. Read the fine print and network your ass off. It's been done before. Been seeing some white male targets land BB soph. internships.
