2022 Straight white male non target GPA cutoff

Just want a straight answer here no pun intended. Planning on recruiting for IBSA 24 next spring and have read that EBs sit at 3.9 for non targets…any advice is greatly appreciated

Networking >>>>>>>>>>>>>> GPA. Stop self-victimizing. Do your best to keep a strong GPA and build relationships. At EBs especially there will be real people reviewing your resume. They’ll vouch for a 3.5 they’ve had good chats with over a 4.0 they don’t know 100 times out of 100.

Fair, honestly didn’t mean to come off like that I’m just trying not to fall below 3.9. Threads like the one talking about how like 90% of MS 2023 class is diversity just discouraging to say the least. Obviously IB is only getting more competitive and with a recession likely around the corner who knows what’ll happen to class sizes
