Is there any chance banks re-open their applications in the fall? Feels as though these firms hired no one but diversity this cycle, so have to assume classes are currently way smaller across the board.

Interesting. How do you know most were diversity?
Not OP but chiming in as a senior in college.
I did hear non-diversity kids were struggling compared to previous years and diversity kids coasting. Most memorable thing I heard was “JPM took a bunch of idiots”
There were 2 diverse people I know who had redo SDs at 2 top EBs. They did the first SD, and things didn't work out so they did another SD. Ended up bagging the offer....
