JPM and Citi apps say "Expected graduation date of December 2024 – June 2025"

you'd need to be a rising junior for these FT internships then?

 

Citi apps includes: "You are graduating between December 2023 and June 2024 and have a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above." 
You would be a rising senior for FT positions 

I think you are looking at the internship opportunities and not FT
